i went to visit this salon just before I was going to a beauty conference and had high hopes as id read the reviews and owned a salon of my own so I expected her to have good customer service skills. I had an after work booking and set off in due course, I couldn't find the location as it is situated in what looks like a house, I called her to let her know I was lost and she couldn't give me directions that made sence, I was 5 mins late and when I'd pulled up outside the property, I called her to let her know id arrived, she told me she couldn't do me anymore because i was late and that was the end of the conversation. i would of prefered her to tell me she couldnt do me in the first conversation we had rather than me calling again and for her then to tell me. I found her to be really rude and to be honest I'm glad I didn't end up getting my nails done by her.

I had LVL lashes and acrylic nails and both were done to such a high standard! I would definitely recommend Cheshire nails - it is far better than most nail salons I have been to previously.
