Following my facial waxing I was left with a bright red mark on my face which looked horrendous and I had clearly been burnt by the wax being too hot. The technician did not check the temperature at the start of the treatment and was clearly very inexperienced.

This was my first time visiting the Cheshire Retreat and I was so impressed! My nails look absolutely beautiful and Shauna-Lee took so much time and care with them - even though it was a really busy Saturday and Christmas Eve!
