Lucy was lovely, I’d booked the wrong thing so couldn’t have done what I originally went in for, which was extensions with gel. I decided just to have the gel and Lucy did a french manicure on them. She was very friendly, excellent attention to detail, a couple she re-did as she wasn’t happy with them. Would definitely recommend Lucy.

Arrived for a luxury pedicure, specified lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. On arrival all seemed ok, I was situated right in the main window (facing out), in view of all passers by who stared in, made me feel exposed. The radio was blasting away loudly and there was another staff member shouting on facetime to a friend for almost 30 mins. I was the only customer,very distracting and not at all relaxing. Went in with hard skin on soles, came out with same and didn't feel like I'd had a luxury treatment!
