On entering the salon, there is an overpowering chemical smell - presumably from the nail stations. I expect this when going into some cheaper nail salons on the high street - but not a beauty salon. While I had my legs waxed I was not offered a towel to cover intimate areas. This isn’t something I am conscious about, but as. Matter of professionalism , it should be offered for client dignity. Multiple patches of hair were missed on the legs - wasn’t asked to check them.

Me and my friend had a lash lift with Helen and we’re both so pleased with the results. Helen was extremely friendly and talked us through the whole process step by step and was very professional. I’ve had lash lifts done elsewhere in the past but I can honestly say that this is the best one I’ve had, my lashes look almost false because they’ve got so much volume. We couldn’t recommend Helen and this treatment enough.
