First of all, my manicure wasn’t the one I wanted. I booked my manicure appointment via this app and it hasn’t said anything about the options Cheshire Retreat has. When I booked my appointment I chose the most expensive one as I thought I will get gel manicure at least, however I did not get, just a normal nail polish which I could do at home as well. Also, the lady who did my nails was really sweet and kind and she tried to entertain me while she was doing my nails, however I would be happier if she does a little bit better job with my nails (2 fingers of my were bleeding and couple of my nails were looking like unfinished ) instead of entertaining me. As well as she apologised for the miscommunication which happened between the two parties. However, I am not satisfied.

Only just started having lash extensions. Had a full set last month and have just come back for infills. Really happy with them and Katie is lovely.
