Helen did my lash lift and I'm over the moon with how they turned out. So chatty and made me feel very comfortable, talked me through the whole process. Very professional would definitely get this done again.

On entering the salon, there is an overpowering chemical smell - presumably from the nail stations. I expect this when going into some cheaper nail salons on the high street - but not a beauty salon. While I had my legs waxed I was not offered a towel to cover intimate areas. This isn’t something I am conscious about, but as. Matter of professionalism , it should be offered for client dignity. Multiple patches of hair were missed on the legs - wasn’t asked to check them.
