Last minute booking. Was asked to change my time and treatment but that was fine. Nice salon and cool atmosphere & tunes. Waited 15 mins to be seen. Stylist was super cool doing hair up. She also corrected an awful cut I had. Great care and attention to detail. Not sure if the grips were meant to fall out but a lot did. I got lots of compliments that night. So must mean I don’t know much about hair. Thanks!

Ross was great, he was so professional and did exactly what I wanted. The Salon guy charge me 10 extra at exact last minute telling me I have selected wrong service. I have short hair upto my neck and he was calling that medium hair and said I need to call salon and check first and dont go with treatwell prices. I like Ross and other staff and the environment but charging last minute without making aware customers in the beginning is more of greediness of that guy at the reception.
