Ross was great, he was so professional and did exactly what I wanted. The Salon guy charge me 10 extra at exact last minute telling me I have selected wrong service. I have short hair upto my neck and he was calling that medium hair and said I need to call salon and check first and dont go with treatwell prices. I like Ross and other staff and the environment but charging last minute without making aware customers in the beginning is more of greediness of that guy at the reception.

I had a great experience getting my hair highlighted here. The staff were all very welcoming & attentive without being overbearing. I was well taken care of by all and my hair looks great. Highly recommend!
