Friendly and welcoming. I have been frequenting this salon for many years and am always attended to at the time of my appointment and Andre is never rushed. He is a perfectionist in his work and the staff follow his example. One of the highlights of Chez Andre is that he can attend to you in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian. I don't think there are many salons that can boast that, even in multi-cultural London! Highy recommend!

Haircut was nice but was only a trim. Nice salon but a little messy. really friendly and helpful staff.

Value for money for sure and Staff were friendly and smiley. However, all the staff were speaking only in foreign language. This annoyed me after a while.. I would have liked to have been offered a cup of tea though. I was there for almost 4 hours. Staff happily munched on biscuits.

Very quick and a good hair cut but the salon was not very clean with hair from previous clients everywhere.
