I had a wowcher for balayage. I also paid £20 for a 'senior' stylist Inna, £30 for 'long' hair and an extra 50p to use the card machine. I was left with thick brown stripes in my hair. Cost me a further £200 to fix with a professional hairdresser. When I called for a refund, Stephan was extremely rude and refused refund. Said I should have returned to get it fixed, by the same poor hairdresser. Good one! Never write reviews, but this place is beyond the pale.

Chez Stephans is a nice little hairdressers . I never have a problem booking an appointment. The service is good. I have very long hair and am very fussy about who cuts my hair. They have a very nice girl that cuts my hair and I am always happy. They also sell very nice wine.
