I have heard really good things about Chez Stephan so it might be that I was just really unlucky- I've got friends that really like it. I found them incredibly pushy from the minute I walked in, and felt pressured into paying more for extra treatments, which didn't work and were expensive. I only went in for a blow dry, which I have quite often, and asked for something I normally have with a picture. It took a really long time, and also I was not happy with the end result, more importantly it lasted an hour before all the bounce fell out, likely due to the weird treatment that I had to pay extra for. I won't go again, but I may have just been unlucky.

The hairdresser was absolutely wonderful with my 8 yr old daughter. Great bob. Doesn't look choppy. She made it so that no matter every hair is in it's place. Looks amazing. Thank you.
