This was the best salon experience I have had in London! I highly recommend Inna who did my balayage, she listened to exactly what I wanted, was very knowledgeable, so friendly and welcoming! I am extremely happy with the results of my hair it is gorgeous!

Extremely friendly staff. Atmospheer is very nice as it is also a wineshop.
My 1.5 yr old daughter stayed very relaxed with her firts haircut, which was probably also due to the hairdresser who knew exactly how to deal with her. I'm going back tomorrow for my own haircut.

Chez Stephan has always been a warm & welcoming environment. My first ever briefing on the hair style I wanted was it can take as long as it needs now but on a day to day basis I want it to look "effortlessly fabulous". Success! Charline never let's me down. Plus the wine supply is always interesting.
