Excellent care! I am extremely difficult as I am never usually satisfied when I have my hair done. I have a full head of highlights and have long hair. Usually the colour is wrong but they always make sure it is exactly what I want! Charline is a fantastic hairdresser and I will not go anywhere else! As my hair is long, I always worry as hairdressers are always keen to get scissor happy and chop the length... Charline will only cut what I ask and will double check. I would highly recommend Chez Stephan to anyone (even the difficult customers like me).
Ladies' Haircuts
My son is glad of the lollipop at the end of the haircut and we both like that we can be confident the stylist with follow instructions and give a nice looking haircut. I like the offer of an espresso while I wait!
Children's Haircuts
Nice ambience , staff polite aswell . Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the end result- I had balyage and specifically asked for my blonde Hair to take a whiter / ash tone as it was a golden shade. I had pictures of colour and cut I'd like. Very disappointed with the colour , it usually looks better just having half head hi lights . People noticed my hair was cut , but said your hair colour looks normal . I wanted to go back and tell the manager and show before ad after pictures . But I have been unwell. So if the manager does read this I'd appreciate it if they could get the yellow brassy tones out for a whiter / cool tone which is what I asked for- also at £189. I'd expect a better result.
