I had previously been disappointed with my haircut (see review by Abigail below) and was offered a complimentary cut with a top stylist and was not disappointed this time round! I had a fantastic head massage and was given beautiful champagne when I sat down. Inna, my stylist was wonderful and gave me a fantastic cut. At first I wondered if I was receiving special treatment as I had a bad experience the time before, but when it came to leaving Stephan hadn't realized who I was and so clearly the brilliant service comes as standard. Would certainly recommend now!

I had the brazillian blow dry and the results are great! No frizz and nice straighter hair (not poker straight as my hair was VERY CURLY)
