The girl who did my hair was really lovely. The colour is nice and the blow dry was nice but it wasn't exceptional. The ambience of the salon was a bit weird as they were listening to french radio and the ladies was tiny. They were very friendly and it was good value for money but I'm not sure I would return. I have rated them 3 stars over all.

I had the brazilian blowout which I booked on a special offer at £97 instead of the usual much higher price. it was made clear that this wouldnt straighten my hair. it reduced the frizz (didnt get rid of it( and left hair shinier.
however, I felt that the stylist was not using as much of the product as she could have. she ran out towards the end and instead of getting some more from the bottle (on the table) she just left it.
Also, please be aware that you're expected to buy £60 worth of shampoo and conditioner to maintain the treatment.
At the end they also insistently try and sell the salon membership and even if you say no thanks they still send you a text about it the next day and specify that you cannot use treatwell if visiting the salon again.
In general it was OK but I would not be having this treatment at the full price.
