I was a bit reluctant to try out a new place for a haircut but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I wanted to go for a bob after having had long hair for a long time and Solene (hope thats the right spelling) was very accomodating. She gave me a great haircut which suits my face shape. I was worried that my hair would become unmanageable after the first wash but it did not. Definitely going back for a haircut.

This was my second time at Chex Stephan, it's a lovely cosy salon with mostly French-speaking staff who are very chatty which creates a nice atmospohere. The woman who did my hair was very pleasant. I have very long and thick hair and wanted a cut that would make my hair lighter and more manageable but without losing the length and she knew exactly what I meant and put forward some options on how to acheive this. The end result was exactly what I hoped for! The only downside was that they seemed to be really busy and so she only had time for a quick and standard straight blow dry (which was fine for me on that day). I also booked my appointment half an hour prior to the time which was fantastic.

First visit to the salon and it was incredible. I was quite nervous as I have quite tricky hair and have not been able to find someone who has been able to cut my hair correctly. Innes was so lovely and patient, she put my right at ease. She did an amazing job - my hair looks healthier and is more manageable than I can remember it every being. I'm excited to return for my next cut!
