I had such a a fabulous time at Chez Stephan! I regret forgetting to ask my hairdressers name because she was lovely. A nice glass of wine and great hair care made my day! Definitely going back- became a member after the first session!

I booked a last minute hair appointment and everything was set and ready. I had Inna doing my colour, she was very lovely and knows exactly what needs to be done to get an amazing result - she dealt with me perfectly! However, throughout basically my whole appointment, also when leaving, I was being bombarded with additional services and products. It was so persistent to the point where it made me feel uncomfortable. I don't blame Inna for this, she has obviously been told to sell, sell, sell. Also, I overheard the gentleman who was on the desk 'telling off' Inna for some reason or another... For me, if you're going to address an issue, do it out the back quietly - not when you can be heard loud as day, on the shop floor, when clients are in the salon. I think there was a lack of basic manners. Sadly, as much as I loved Inna and how she done my hair I wont be returning due to the constant sales pitch and the weird vibe in the salon.
Hair Colouring
Good haircut, but salon openly prefer non-Treatwell bookings and made me feel awkward for using the app rather than calling them directly
