I rarely write reviews but wanted to share what a great experience I had at Chez Stephan. They fitted me in at short notice and were friendly and welcoming. The salon had a nice calm atmosphere with relaxing music playing. Ben did my highlights while I had a glass of wine. He did them with paper rather than foils which was a bit surprising but they are lovely, exactly what I asked for and really natural looking. I then had a shampoo with Charline, which also included a head massage and hot towel treatment which was very relaxing. Charline then cut and blowdried my hair. She asked me exactly what I wanted and kept asking if I was happy and wanted any more cut off in places, which was great as I'm always a bit wary having a cut from someone new! She then did a great blowdry which I wasn't expecting. Overall, one of the best hair cut and colours I have had and a lovely relaxing experience, highly recommended!

Fantastic.
