the venue is very central, but somewhat hard to find. the facilities are basic, but the therapist was very friendly, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had already been back as a regular customer, and would recommend to those that need deep-tissue or sports massage.
I purchased two mobdeal vouchers for physiotherapy/sports massage due to ongoing back problems. It turned out to be one of the best deals I bought through Wahanda. I was so pleased and impressed with the treatment I received from the physiotherapist Andre that he is now my regular physio. The treatments have had an immediate effect and my back feels so much better after suffering for so long. The only negatives I can think of is the tiny treatment room and sub-standard toilet facilities. However, it is easy to oversee these when the treatment is very professional and good value. Highly recommend it!
i booked a massage but Chi ended up convincing me to try acupuncture. I had always been curious about it so decided to give it a try. She seems very competent and was very friendly. she warned me i might fall asleep which i doubted but i did end up falling asleep to my surprise. The facilities are spartan and the entrance is odd as its a tanning salon but chi is very nice and she comes across and professional. I would definitely go again.
First the treatment room is very small. But apart from that both of the therpists are very professional. I feel much better after both treatments I would recommend this clinic to my friends.
I arrived to the clinic on James St and discovered that it occupies a small upstairs space at the back of a tanning clinic. I was a few minutes early, but wound up waiting about 20 minutes for my appointment, as there was a miscommunication between the reception and the therapist. Both were friendly. The therapy room was cosy but the ambience was a little marred by external noise. I don't think it was traffic - perhaps an air conditioning unit. I had acupuncture treatment, which focused on a migraine that was painful and causing lethargy. It was very relaxing having the needles in, and afterwards the therapist used a cupping technique on my back. I wasn't so sure about that part. I felt groggy immediately afterwards but a few hours later, 100% improved. If it was a little more convenient to my office, i would definitely be a regular visitor.
