Felt quite chaotic as the salon was very busy. I was seen 30 mins after my appointment time. The treatment itself was good but also felt slightly rushed as there were lots of waiting clients.

I was told I needed a removal and redone instead of infill cause 2 of my nails were lifting at edge. This costs £80 which would have been fine if it was flawless but it was far from. I left the salon with shellac around my nails on my skin and she applied the acrylic so thinly that within 3 days, two of them have broken and one chipped. Pedicure was awful. Dry skin not removed. Nails left sharp at edges so now dig into my skin and colour application is patchy. I definitely won’t be returning
