Awful, overpriced and unprofessional. I for a asked gel manicure on my natural nails with simple nail art - french tips and a small heart at the top of each nail. I thought the tech said ‘okay that will be £35’ (which was also the price listed on the app) so I agreed. However, when I went to pay they tried to charge me £95 - which is ridiculous. They tried to say they had made this clear prior to doing the design which was not the case at all. I was mortified and refused to pay that price

Lisa is calm and gentle. So it’s so relaxing when she applies extensions. I love the way she makes my eyes look - nice and natural.
Honestly have been looking at this place's IG for ages now and finally decided to go get my nails done. The people there are rly lovely and friendly and I'm just in love with my nails (defo get a design done) . Could ask for nothing more, 10/10!
