i specifically booked with Kent but I was seen by someone else, and my treatment was not to its usual standards

my nails weren’t straight, even after i asked them to restraighten them. my nail bed was bleeding after they filed it. i wanted a dark chrome look but halfway thru they said they only had rose gold. so i asked them to redo it with a different design. they said they could do the dark chrome when i first came in. my different design had stickers which they stuck on poorly, it had a bubble and was placed too close to the base of the nail.

Felt very rushed, although they took an appointment at 6:20pm they didn’t do a full job because they were focussed on closing in time
