Absolutely shocking service. I felt like I had been butchered on my pedicure and my manicure is unprofessionally done. He cut the top of my toe and also sanded down the side of my toe to get the old gel off. The pain was too intense but all he said was ‘it’s ok, I e put antiseptic on’. I had to Aldi remind him to wipe the blood off from where he sanded. For the manicure, she used the wrong colour, when I queried it she still used the same one even though she brought two other similar colours, both dark like I requested. Are also has done a patchy job with gel over my skin. All in all a shockingly bad job that I now have to go elsewhere more professional to re-do. At more expense!! £85 I a rip off and if I hadn’t paid upfront I would have refused to pay full price. I expect to hear from the manager for a % back to cover my new expenses
