Not hygienic at all. Didn't see them sanitise anything. Shellac bad quality, started chipping off on the 3rd day. They try to be too fast and overbook and accept walk ins when clearly there are bookings so those with bookings actually get delayed…. You can tell they try to take as much people in for extra money but then quality of service extremely poor and too fast. They def choose quantity over quality. Used to go quite often but never again. Chi is the only one who’s actually good

Very disappointed, pre paid however was told at the end (after the treatments had been done) there was supplements which I was not told about. Charging £30 for 3 acrylic toe nails is utterly ridiculous. Will not be returninf

I thought the salon was okay but was disappointed as I expected a bit more. There was no music playing and the woman who did my nails hardly spoke to me. I found the whole experience a bit awkward compared to other nail salons I have visited. However my nails were actually done very nicely and the decor of the place was lovely. If music was playing and the staff were a bit friendlier I would have rated it a lot higher.
