Prior to our first appointment I informed Chia of the tension in my shoulders, neck and upper back. Not only did she pinpoint and relieve this tension but provided a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage. A week on and the chronic tension has not returned - I am overjoyed! She shared her knowledge of the body in a way that was super clear for me to understand, ensuring I can avoid creating tension in that area in the future. Her studio was lovely, clean and quiet.
