The hairdresser was excellent and I was very happy with the haircut. The communication of staff at the outset was poor. The hairdresser was unfortunately running half an hour late but they didn't communicate this clearly or apologise. A gesture like offering a cup of tea would have been nice but she largely sat their own her phone ignoring me which didn't give a great impression or experience.

The staff was professional and friendly and the place was clean. Had to wait for a bit as the staff was working with the previous client but that wasn’t a big issue for me. The eyebrow threading took around 10 minutes and was very nicely done. Would definitely come here again

I think this is the best spot around Willesden Green to get you nails done. Value for money is amazing. Will come back for sure!

Thank you for fitting me in last minute at 6pm on a Friday. Cut my very long hair into a short bob and it's absolutely lovely. Marsi is amazing and gave me the exact cut and style that I wanted. She definitely knows what she's doing and was really welcoming and friendly. Will defo go back soon. Thanks again 😊
