I don't usually go to hairdresser and do it myself, but I though it will be a nice treat. WRONG. Horrible experience. Cried all the way home. I went for wash, cut and blow dry. I have wavy medium length hair with straight fringe. Told lady to cut shorter at the back and longer at the front and to layer it. Did a basic straight cut all around, left fringe one finger shorter than asked. And just blow dry without any treatment or even using difussor. HORRIBLE
