Went back the next day after a not so great experience and they fixed my nails for me. Was almost an hour to get them looking right but they did it free of charge.

Honestly, I was really excited to get my nails done and they have never looked worse. My acrylics are thick and chunky and look closer to claws. I waited an hour before they started on my nails and it cost over £40. We arrived on time but there was only one tech for two of us. I use this app for reliability and this service was so awful I would like a refund.

Nail polish was rushed ( for reference I brought my own and it took longer to dry lady was in a rush to send me off and then when I got home my big toe was smudged )

Sofi was really nice. She layered my hair really well. She really took the time to give a relaxing hair wash and she also listened and gave me the style I wanted for my new hair. Overall a good experience. Everyone in the salon was also so smiley and happy :)
