It was my first time going to this salon and Sarina was super nice and did a great job with the waxing. I took one star because the receptionist wasn't welcoming and didn't update me on my delayed appointment which started half an hour late

I ended up leaving halfway through and not getting my pedicure. The staff were nice but the person doing my nails was clearly inexperienced and managed to cut me FOUR TIMES. I was bleeding and there was no attempt to get alcohol or antiseptic.
