The haircut started late and took two more hours than I was told. The website said two and a half hours, but it took around five. Any time I asked how much longer it would take, I was just told ‘another hour’.
Moreover, during the treatment, my stylist backcombed my hair quite badly - it was very painful, and my hair was matted by the end.
I had to reschedule by a few hours and someone other than Nora cut my hair; they weren’t bad, but I went to the salon for Nora.

Quick, efficient and thorough. Very clean area, and result. Manicure shaped to request, with alterations without removing nail length. Will definitely revisit 🙂
