Best manicure and pedicure I've had in ages

My original appointment was good but I was disappointed by how long the gel manicure lasted as it began to chip after a few days. When I went back to have the gel removed I had a very poor experience. I rang to book an appointment as I couldn't select what I wanted on the app. When I arrived I was told they had not noticed my booking and she had been double booked. They were not apologetic and made me feel like an idiot for turning up in the first place. Needless to say I will not be going back.
