Overall the nails turned out really nice with few flaws. The atmosphere was quite bad, when entering the technicians were eating, although I came for an appointment, was asked to wait till they finish eating. The girl doing my nails was quite nice but didn’t speak any English, so when tried to tell her what I want didn’t work. The girl that was helping her out to be faster, whos English was better, was on messenger call constantly,arguing. She had food under her nails whilst doing mine.

Over charged 25.00 pounds and refused to refund or fix the mistake. And admitted on Google to the overcharge
