I booked an appointment for 6:15 but when I went in, all technicians were busy and there were already customers waiting. They only started doing my nails at 7pm and couldn’t do the simple design I asked for but by this point I had been waiting so long that I just accepted it. They tried to charge me £25 for gel nails but luckily I had booking evidence that it should be £19.

Had a heart design for Valentine's Day, really cute! Always good manicures and pedicures.
Had my nails done with Mina as my usual nail tech was on holiday and had an amazing experience! Loved my nails and my pedicure. Mina is great!
