The customer service was amazing and the technician always pays such great detail to the nail art and making sure I am happy with the shape, colour and design. An amazing nail salon and will always recommend to my friends and family .

I got there at 10, and people which arrived after me were leaving before me. I had a man which took so long my French tips are so thick and uneven. I always come here and never had any problems but really disappointed! And it cost me £68!! They didn’t get me 15% off even though it was happy hour because I finished after happy hour?? But he took so long it wasn’t my fault. Really not happy, not worth the money.
Try not to go after 3pm especially if you’re planning to have more than one service . Despite having an appointment booked for 3:30 the service took almost 3 hrs with a 20 plus minute wait between services. As a result my Biab service was rushed. Steps were missed, and I was not able to have the design I desired as I had another appointment to attend. Definitely not a relaxing experience this time around. I live in Reading and my first experience was much better but my appointment was earlier
