Had a really lovely experience at Chiswick Beautique this afternoon... the perfect break for this mama of two spirited toddlers! The venue is clean and inviting, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they paid exquisite attention to detail! My favourite part, however, was the little hand/foot massage that was part of the treatments. I’ll definitely be returning.

I usually see Nikki for everything, as she's simply the best, but she wasn't there today (and noone informed me). My treatments were done by other members of staff but I was not happy with it. I constantly had to ask them to correct things and even then the end result wasn't as good as usually with Nikki.

Lovely team and excellent pedicure. I give 4 stars for the manicure because some of the Polish came off after an hour as it has obviously not been drying enough. Would still Go back!
