I am disappointed with the waxing arrangement.I always go to Nikki for waxing and the arrangement this time is letting me down. My appointment time was changed without discussing with me and I had to rearrange my time to go there. Turned out Nikki wasn't even there but another lady. I would have been fine if I was informed in advance. The other lady knows what she was doing so overall I am happy with the waxing result just not the communications about the treatment.

The organic wax was too hot - and I was therefore a bit burned- we had to change it.

I had a French Polish, gel manicure! The skill level demonstrated was really impressive and the staff were super friendly. I would definitely rebook.
