This was the most painful wax I have ever experienced - and I’ve had a lot of waxes. Nikki was very friendly and professional but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I was in constant pain the entire time instead of short bursts of pain. I have red / purple marks 50+ hours later. Surprised as I read a lot of good reviews for waxing at Chiswick Beautique before booking. Not acceptable for the price I paid. Will not be returning.
