It was the first time I went to the Chiswick Beauty Room and I enjoyed my experience. Nikki was very kind and did a great job!

The were friendly however it ended up costing me £50 for the infill. This included repairing two nails and using shellac nail polish. I feel that this was a little pricey and the overall service could have been cheaper. I’ve been to great nail shops where that price includes a pedicure.

I have been searching all over Chiswick for a top salon and therapist and am happy I have found it. Only recently opened, the premises are quite small but the service exceptional. There was an incredible eye for detail and precision with the waxing and threading (best eyebrow shape I have had) and the clients’ interests and comforts are top priority. My therapist was brilliant - thank you.

I travel across london to see Nikki. She is calm, professional and friendly. My hour session went well over the hour as she took time to remove lots of old lashes. The result was leas heavier than usual but beautiful and they always last me 4-6 weeks. The price is a bonus too!
