Crystal called me at 6PM to say she wasn’t trained to use the machine yet so I could wait another week or so and she should be. I asked if anyone else was trained she said no. I said is there anything else you can do instead? She said a few things but will need more time with me so I said I can come early and be there for 6:30. Unfortunately google maps took me to the wrong venue, 10mins away. I tried calling Crystal when I got there a 6:30 but she didn’t pick up. I waited 10mins and then realised the address was wrong, I left to the correct one. It was 6:50 when I left - my appointment was scheduled for 6:55 anyway. Crystal called me at the same time and I explained I had the wrong address and I was walking to the correct one so would be there in about 10mins so 7PM. She said she wouldn’t have enough time so I said it’s fine, cancel the appointment and refund. Since I was walking anyway I decided to still go and I actually got there at 6:58. The door was closed and the place dark, Crystal initially said she wouldn’t have time because she had someone right after me. I tried calling since it was still my appointment time so we could have discussed option or refund. She never picked up again. I called 16 times and she didn’t answer once.
