The staff were friendly and great as usual. Chloe Nail Spa had plenty of polish colors to choose from—I never got tired of picking one! I’ve never seen any salon in London with this level of color selection.

I was left waiting almost an hour for an appointment that I had prepaid and confirmed twice whilst walk-ins and one off customers were treated ahead of me. I went to this salon for almost two decades but given this experience won’t in future.
