The head guy cannot do polish and he won’t even accept criticism. His hand was shaky and the polish all over the place. I left with oil only whilst being charged for a manicure. I know what standards to expect for a manicure and this was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Pedicure with the other guy was ok. I didn’t have polish so hard to say.
