Although I had booked for a delux manicure and pedicure with Jenny, there was some confusion when I arrived. There were only two members of staff working. I was asked to sit down then offered a choice of shellac colours. I had to say that I had not booked for gels or shellac. The girl (who I presume was Jenny) was tending to two other customers so the man working there began my manicure. When I was moved to the massage chairs for the pedicure I had to stop the girl from painting my nails and reminding once again that I had booked for a delux manicure and pedicure. Only then did they heat up the wax. There were no hot mits or towels just wax which was very hot and dripped everywhere, and clingfilm. At payment I was charged for the full price of both treatments and had to once again stress that I had booked a Treatwell offer. I will not be returning to this salon unfortunately.
