There is only facility for one wax at a time, and they had let someone go before me despite the fact I had a booking. I was 20 minutes late into my appointment and I had arrived ten minutes early so waited for half an hour. The staff were lovely, but unfortunately the wax was not great and left a lot of hair in place.
