Even though appointment was made three days in advance, Jenny never turned up and the guy in there never even bothered to find out why she was late , kept working and told me I will have to wait 20 mins at least without even looking up from the pedicure he was working on. I have been going there for a year now . This was my last time. If they can’t be bothered to treat their customers with respect I don’t see why I should not choose one of the other three options literally across the toad from them.
