Recently it seems like it’s always different people working there and the quality really fluctuates depending on the person you get. However, this time was particularly bad. Nails cut unevenly, sloppy cuticle work, the edge of the nail really rough (now think he might have skipped filing altogether) and I could have applied the shellack better myself. However, by far the worst thing was he cracked several of his knuckles against my foot! Unacceptable and gross. Will not be back.
