Really bad experience. I was kept waiting for 30 mins even though I had booked online, with walk in’s given priority over me. I was asked what colour I wanted without being shown what colours where available and then told to “chill” when I complained. The salon then tried to charge me twice, when I explained I had already paid by Apple Pay online at the time of booking they said “no you have to pay at the till”. The shellac nail polish also started to bubble and peel after 2-3 days.

Usually a great experience and service but today’s booked appointment was not pleasant. Started well with good technician who prepared my nails but then I was passed to another worker who seemed to lack confidence, applied polish sparingly. Redid one
