Not much interaction. Tony asked what I would like and I showed his a picture, he said “I can do that” and that was the end of the discussion, he did ask me at the end if I was happy with my nails. Tony is obviously very proficient in his job and I would highly recommend him.
I was not a relaxing experience, the staff all spoke loudly to each other non stop in their mother tongue. There is no customer service.
That said, my nails are amazing, exactly what I asked for so I will go there again.

First visit here. Nice looking venue, staff pleasant but not chatty. Did a good job interpreting what I wanted but the tidy up at the end was a bit poor, I’ve got a few bits of shellac on my skin and under the tip of my nails that I’ll need to fix.
