The male technicians are quite rough when filing - my toe was bleeding today after he had filed them .

All the staff talk to each other and not their clients.
The male technicians seem to be a little bit rougher when doing the pedicures. My toe today was bleeding from where he had filed it too hard but the colours look lovely and Mum and I had a good time, BUT the massage chair nearest the sinks needs mending as it was very disappointing for Mum not to be able to have a good back massage as usual. Thank you for doing it anyway.

I visited on Thursday for gel nails and asked for 2 acrylics as two of my nails were broken. I was over charged. I paid £23 for gel and removal which I normally pay but I was then charged £15 for 2 acrylics.
