You know when you walk into a salon and the staff just keeps chatting amongst themselves, it was one of those places. All the staff continued to chat amongst themselves including my manicurist who was well distracted. It makes you feel like you are being mocked or talked about. I did shellac nails and a pedicure. I have done shellac a lot of times before but the one I got her was SO THICK. Two days into it and my hair is already getting caught in it.
Overall my experience was not great.
