Nail techs are good here at what they do, some are very friendly but on this occasion this gentleman wasn’t, left me waiting for him for over 20. Was asked to sit in the pedicure chair then he disappeared. Another staff member had to find him for me as my feet were turning to prunes at this point. Came back and said oh he’s on his lunch break. I’m aware everyone needs to eat but why leave me waiting there?
