Manicure was efficient and good quality particularly for the price. The reason I awarded only 3 stars was because the venue wasn't aware of my booking so were 15 minutes late. When I went to leave there was confusion over the pre-payment so I had to wait while they loudly tried to verify I'd paid. It was all a bit disorganized and made an otherwise good manicure quite awkward.
