I was disappointed that half of the staff doesn't speak English and also the man and the woman were talking to each other in a different language making me feel uncomfortable.

I booked via Treatwell the day before my appointment but the person running the salon that day claimed there was no booking, he ended up doing my treatment but very rushed (gel nails in about 15/20 mins) and I had to finish off my own treatment under the gel lamp. It was an efficient appointment and my nails were done but the atmosphere was unwelcoming and not at all relaxed, quality of the job was just ok. I won’t be going back
