Would usually not leave feedback but needed to highlight the bad experience. The lady is lovely but her technique was so bad and unfortunately so painful. I have numerous cuts and considering I’ve been to multiple technicians, never have I left in so much pain on multiple fingers and toes. I fully appreciate a cut happens occasionally; but I have multiple and was so put off by the whole experience.
