I prepaid for a "mani + pedi" package on Treatwell, but was told upon arrival that only the manicure was booked, and I had to pay an extra £42 for the pedicure. Despite showing my confirmation, I paid the additional fee and received both shellac services. Now, only five days later, the shellac has already chipped off. I'm very disappointed, especially considering the £80+ cost for basic shellac. While the technician was lovely, I'm hesitant to return due to this poor service.
