The manicure wasn’t symmetric on my left and right hand at the end (e.g. tip of fingernail on left hand was way longer than the tip of index fingernail on the right hand). Issues were lost in translation. Staff members asked each other whether they feel cold at times but didn’t ask their guests sitting in front of them even though some didn’t have their socks on due to pedicure. Not great value for the price and the review ratings are somewhat misleading. Had better service elsewhere.
