So overall, my shellac removal was done quite well. My only issue is the customer service, the staff are quite abrupt and slightly unfriendly. The lady doing my removal asked me a question but she said it in such a low voice I politely asked her to repeat herself and she looked at me like I was a nuisance! Additionally (and I know this isn’t a huge issue) but considering the name of the place is ‘chocolate and nails’ I wasn’t offered any chocolate even once! Nor even water out of courtesy.
