Alex started my treatment with 20 minutes delay. This resulted in not being able to have a full manicure due to lack of time and only the express version. To my surprise even though I got a cheaper treatment I was charged more money than what was shown in the treatwell app that I would pay for the full version. So I am not sure whether the salon charges higher if you book on the phone compared to having prepaid through treatwell but tbh I felt a bit cheated

Been several times. The ladies are lovely and offer excellent service. The salon is very welcoming and had a lovely atmosphere. I've had extentions, classic manicures and nail art done before, and have always left with happy with my nails. Recommended to all my friend's.

Yara is super experienced and talked me through the process of having acrylic nails. The aftercare, how long these would take to grow out, next steps and other questions I had on the day! The colour I chose was lovely and this was also backed up by Yara recommendation. I thank not only Yara but all the ladies in the salon for making me feel comfortable and welcome on the day. 💕
