Appointment started late and the beautician was not really paying attention to me. I booked for a classic manicure and was expecting to have the usual polish and shine but I never got the shine, she polished my nails which left them feeling riggedand with a rough texture. I thought it was just because of the moment and would be fine after few days but I have never seen my natural nails so rough like this. I am absolutely disappointed and honestly annoyed - I should have never gone.
