Poor service. Walked in on time, staff make me wait with my feet soaking in lukewarm water for 20 minutes with no communication about why they were delayed. I then got a notification saying my appointment had been shifted whilst in the chair to make them look less delayed. Treatment was okay but the equipment doesn’t look like it gets sanitised in between clients. Then got accused of not paying on my way out, despite checking with the technician that all was okay.
